Lowongan Kerja PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk (JAST)
1. Cargo Staff
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review shipping documents.
- Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to coordinate shipments.
- Maintain accurate recordsof shipments, including tracking information and customs documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel for the receipt and release of cargo.
- Ensure that all cargo is properly labeled, packaged, and compliant with transportation regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic Cargo & DG license is a plus; experience in import/export or freight forwarding preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with logistics software is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts, follow safety procedures, and collaborate in a team.

2. Ticketing Staff
Responsibilities
- Handle ticket sales, including schedule changes (reissues)
- Provide accurate information to passengers regarding fares, policies, and procedures
- Issue supporting documents such as excess baggage, MCO, and FIM
- Be on standby at the check-in area to assist with ticket purchases and excess baggage matters
- Deliver professional and friendly customer service to ensure passenger satisfaction in all ticket-related processes
Requirements
- Min. 18 years old
- Height at least 159 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male)
- Has at least high school diploma, college graduates are preferred
- Fluent using English as daily working communication
- Has general knowledge of geography
- Well-groomed appearance and attractive
- Agree to work shift hour
- Willing to be placed in the assigned station
- Placement: Soekarno-Hatta Airport, CGK
