Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or other life sciences majors.
• At least 1 year of experience as medical representative, product specialist, or similar sales role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experienced in handling end-to-end sales process, from initial approach, presentations, up to preparing agreement/PKS.
• Sales and target oriented, highly mobile, hard worker, organized, and highly self-motivated.
  Willing to be assigned in and travel across Bali.

Job Description :

• Approach & convince targeted doctors & hospitals to recommend our products to patients in the area.
• Schedule meeting sessions with doctors, hospital/clinic marketing department to plan marketing activities.
• Deliver detailed presentations & explanations of our products.
• Understand customer needs and provide the appropriate strategy.
• Evaluate sales results and compile reports, documentations, and other feedbacks.
• Arrange and execute activity plan in a timely manner.

2. Product Specialist Diagnostic

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biology or other life sciences majors.
• Has minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably handling government institutions.
• Prior experience in Pharmaceutical/Healthcare company is preferred.
• Good understanding of molecular biology techniques, especially PCR/RT-PCR
• Sales & target oriented, highly mobile, hard worker, well-organized, highly self-motivated.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia.

Job Description :

• Maintain and develop new customers.
• Deliver detailed product presentation (Diagnostic Kits products), maintaining detailed records.
• Assess customer needs and present suitable strategy.
• Review sales performances, writing reports, other documentation and feedback.
• Create sales & marketing activity plan and execute according to timeline.

3. Production Staff

Requirements :

• Diploma degree (D3) in Pharmacy, ATLM, Chemical/Pharmaceutical Analyst, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical/medical device QC, IVD manufacturing, or lab analyst/technician.
• Experienced with working in a laboratory setting and handling micropipettes.
• Knowledge of CPAKB (Good Manufacturing Practices for Medical Devices).
• High integrity and confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a team.
• Able to read & understand technical manuals in English.

Job Description :

• Carry out production processes according to production plan and SOP.
• Operate production instruments properly and safely.
• Monitor environmental conditions in the production area.
• Maintain sanitation and personal hygiene in the workplace.
• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed during production.
• Coordinate with:
  • Purchasing & Warehouse for material requests.
  • Quality Control for sample delivery.
  • Quality Assurance for validation and qualification processes.

4. Application Specialist (IVD Products)

Requirements :

• Diploma degree (D3) in Pharmacy, ATLM, Chemical/Pharmaceutical Analyst, or other related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience as lab analyst/technician.
• Experienced in performing molecular biology techniques (Nucleic Acid handling, PCR, RT-PCR, DNA extraction).
• Experienced with performing PCR/RT-PCR techniques on different types of machines.
• Familiar in providing & performing technical troubleshooting.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia to provide training & troubleshooting for distributors & customers.
• Great communication and presentation skills.

Job Description :

• Prepare and provide technical support for R&D team, Sales & Marketing team, distributors, and customers.
• Perform kit/equipment validation/optimization for Sales & Marketing team, distributors, and customers.
• Provide technical troubleshooting on-site or online, as requested.
• Assist Quality Control department in technical troubleshooting and validation.

5. Market Access Officer

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, or other related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in market access, regulation, or government relations, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
• Understands national healthcare funding systems (BPJS, e-catalogue, INA-CBGs).
• Has good communication and negotiation skills.
• Capable of working independently or in a cross-functional team.

Job Description :

• Develop and implement market access strategies for existing and new products.
• Analyze policies and regulations that affects market access and recommend strategic actions.
• Build relationships with external stakeholders e.g. BPJS, Kementerian Kesehatan, professional associations, and hospitals.
• Create supporting documents for registration, price submission, and product reimbusement.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Regulatory Affairs, Sales & Marketing, Business Development) to ensure smooth market access.
• Monitor and report changes in relevant government policies.
• Provide support in tender and negotiation process with government and private institutions.

6. Warehouse Intern

Requirements :

• Final year students or freshgraduates of Diploma or Bachelors’ (D3/S1) from Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Warehouse, Supply Chain Management, or other related majors.
• Has basic understanding of warehousing and logistics concepts.
• Thorough, detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to do internship on-site for at least 3 months with occasional extended shifts.

Job Description :

• Assist in incoming warehouse processes including receiving, loading/unloading, and reporting discrepancies.
• Assist in storing and arranging products according to applicable storage standards.
• Assist in outgoing warehouse processes including picking, packing, labeling, and documentations.
• Assist in regular inventory taking process.
• Coordinate with other departments related to warehouse activities & processes.
