1. Marketing (Insurance & Finance Industry)

• Customer acquisition & retention, marketing strategy, brand awareness
• Branch operations exposure: Marketing, Collection, and Administration

2. Technical (Insurance)

• Risk assessment, technical data analysis, policy evaluation, and risk solutions

🎓 Requirements

• All majors (priority: Management, Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business, Insurance) for Marketing Track
• All majors (priority: Engineering, Mathematics, Actuarial, Economics, Law) for Technical Track
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree graduates
• Marketing/Branch Ops Track: Min. 3 years as Officer + 1 year as Supervisor (preferably from banking, multi-finance, or retail)
• Willing to be placed across MPM Group business units and branches throughout Indonesia
• Strong analytical skills (both qualitative & quantitative)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
• Proven leadership through organizational/extracurricular activities
