1. Procurement Manager

Manages sourcing, bidding, negotiations, and contract awards for goods/services.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Min. 15 years in procurement/supply chain within the oil & gas/LNG EPC industry.
• Experience in Papua New Guinea is highly preferable
• Placement: Papua New Guinea

2. QA/QC Manager

Develops and maintains contractor’s QA/QC procedures and procedures, ensures individual project QA/QC plans meeting the conform to the company requirements. Ensures QA/QC are qualified and trained in contractor’s QA/QC procedures. Verifies field implementation of contractor’s QA/QC processes and procedures

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Min. 15 years in QA/QC management in oil & gas/LNG, with focus on welding, NDE, and materials.
• Experience in Papua New Guinea is highly preferable
• Placement: Papua New Guinea

3. Project Manager

Overall responsibility for fulfilling work order requirements and delivering projects to required standards of safety, quality and achieving schedule and budget targets.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Required to hold Certificate PMP or equivalent is preferrable.
• Min. 15 years in oil & gas/LNG, with 10 years in a senior PM role for Construction Project. Proven track record managing a portfolio of brownfield projects or blanket contracts.
• Experience in Papua New Guinea is highly preferable
• Placement: Papua New Guinea

4. Program Manager

Responsible for leading and coordinating multiple interrelated projects to ensure strategic alignment, efficient execution, and successful delivery of program objectives within scope, time, and budget.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Required to hold Certificate PMP or equivalent is preferrable.
• Min. 15 years in oil & gas/LNG, with 10 years in a senior PM role for Construction Project. Proven track record managing a portfolio of brownfield projects or blanket contracts.
• Experience in Papua New Guinea is highly preferable
• Placement: Papua New Guinea

5. Portfolio Manager

Overall responsibility for fulfilling contract requirements and delivering projects to required standards of safety, quality and achieving schedule and budget targets. Manages client relationship.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Required to hold Certificate PMP or equivalent is preferrable.
• Min. 15 years in oil & gas/LNG, with 10 years in a senior PM role for Construction Project. Proven track record managing a portfolio of large-scale brownfield projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Papua New Guinea is highly preferable
• Placement: Papua New Guinea

6. In-Country Manager

Oversees all project activities within the host country, ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Min. 15 years in senior management in the oil & gas or major infrastructure sector. Proven track record managing a portfolio of brownfield projects or blanket contracts.
• Experience in Papua New Guinea is highly preferable. Must be willing to be based in PNG for the contract duration.
• Placement: Papua New Guinea

7. HSE Manager

Ensures safety, health, and environmental compliance across the project.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, OHS, or related scientific field.
• Required to hold Certificate NEBOSH International GC or CSP is preferrable.
• Min. 15 years in HSE, with 8 years in a managerial role on major oil & gas/LNG brownfield projects.
• Experience in Papua New Guinea is highly preferable.
• Placement: Papua New Guinea

8. Cost Engineering & Project Controls Manager

Leads cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
• Min. 15 years in project controls, with 5 years in a managerial role on oil & gas/LNG portfolios. Proven track record managing a portfolio of brownfield projects or blanket contracts.
• Experience in Papua New Guinea is highly preferable
• Placement: Papua New Guinea

9. Construction Manager

Leads site construction activities, manages contractors, ensures safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Required to hold certification in Construction Management (e.g., CCM) preferred.
• Min. 15 years in construction, with 8 years as Construction Manager on large-scale oil & gas/LNG brownfield facilities. Proven track record managing a portfolio of brownfield projects or blanket contracts.
• Experience in Papua New Guinea is highly preferable
• Placement: Papua New Guinea

10. Electrical Safety (Safety Officer)

The Electrical safety will ensure compliance with Indonesian safety standards during the execution of track work, power, signaling, and telecom installations in tunnel environments.

Requirements :

• Must have 6 Years’ Experience (Railway/ LRT/MRT/ High rise buildings/Traction Substation/Road construction/power transmission sector)
• Required to hold an active AK3 Umum certification issued by Kemnaker. Have degree in Health & Safety Management
• Certificate General Health & Safety and Certificate working in confined space
• Must have effective communication English, team leading skills and stakeholder management
• Placement: Jakarta
