Lowongan Kerja PT ASL Shipyard Indonesia

  1. HSE Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain HSE management system & procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Oversee audits, inspections and risk assessments
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality and HSE performance
  • Train and mentor staff on HSE practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree (OHSE/Engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managerial position
  • Proven experience in QHSE management
  • Must have certifications: NEBOSH, OHSMS, ISO Lead Auditor, SMK3 Lead Auditor, AK3 (Kemnaker), Certified HSE Programs, and OHMS
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with clients, authorities and regulatory bodies
  1. Project Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering or any related fields
  • 2 years of experience handling ship repair
  • Ability to coordinate project activities to ensure smooth execution
  • Ability to collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope and goals
  • Assign tasks to team, oversee scheduling and monitor progress
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Shipyard/Oil & Gas industry experience is mandatory
  • English proficiency is mandatory
  1. Piping Supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in naval architecture or any related fields
  • 5 Years Experience in shipyard or any related position
  • Experience of handling steel work for vessel repair
  • English proficiency is mandatory
  1. Commercial Officer

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in naval architecture or any related fields
  • 5 Years Experience in shipyard or any related position
  • Experience of handling steel work for vessel repair
  • English proficiency is mandatory
  1. Electrical Engineer

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Familiar with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB).
  • Understanding of safety regulations. electrical codes, and industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • English profiency is mandatory
  1. Mechanical

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of senior high school education
  • Minimum of one year of experience in the same position
  • Must have an active SIO certificate
  • English proficiency is an advantage
  1. HR Payroll

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
  • A bachelor’s degree in any major is required.
  • Must be careful and highly attentive to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • English proficiency is mandatory.
