1. Operation & Maintenance Engineering

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education (Max 30 y.0)
• Excellent Conceptual and Analytical thinking, Teamwork and Cooperation
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel & Word), AutoCAD, Helioscope, PVSyst, with knowledge Energy Conversion and Electrical Power Systems.
• Min. 1 year of experience in solar PV O&M or related electrical field
• Able to read technical drawings (SLD) and operate electrical testing tools
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive in problem solving
• Willing to be placed on Hybrid (Projects or HO).
• Having a driver licenses A & C.

Responsibilities :

• Monitoring performance of solar PV systems (panels, inverters, cabling, etc.)
• Performing schedule preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions on-site
• Document inspections, maintenance activities, and system reports
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards (K3)

2. PV Engineer

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Engineering in EPC company or Solar Power Industry.
• Proficient in Helioscope, PVsyst, AutoCAD, MS Office & Google Sheets.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, energy conversion, and standards (IEC, IEEE, SPLN, PUIL, SNI).
• Able to calculate work volumes, materials, and prepare cost estimates (HPP).
• Willing to travel out of town, with valid driving licenses (SIM A & C).

Responsibilities :

• Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports with recommendations.
• Prepare survey reports, site potential analysis, and technical recommendations.
• Perform calculations for capacity, energy yield, and PV system performance.
• Design single line diagrams, layouts, and preliminary designs for tenders.
• Support tender preparation (BoQ, technical specs, drawings, etc.).
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Project teams, and provide technical input in tender clarifications.
• Provide technical input during tender clarification meetings.

3. HSE Officer

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Public Health – Occupational Health and Safety or equifalent.
• Certificated AK3 Umum & TKBT2 by Kemnaker RI (having AK3 Listrik /Teknisi K3 Listrik by Kemnaker is a plus)
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Have a deep understanding of safety tools and its usage, safety process and the safety requirements.
• Experienced in making plan and program for the implementation of K3.
• Good Communication, Interpersonal and Influence skill, adaptive and Teamwork.
• Willing to be placed on project’s site.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure HSE compliance with all relevant laws and regulations on-site
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, personnel, and work practices
• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans and K3 programs
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure control measures are in place
• Maintain and analyze HSE records, incidents, and statistical data
• Promote safety awareness through training and safety briefings
• Coordinate emergency response and incident investigations when needed

4. Field Engineer

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy
• Have experience in renewable energy min. 500 kWp
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, energy conversion, and power systems.
• Familiar with national and international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, SPLN, PUIL, SNI)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word), Helioscope, PV Sys, and AutoCAD
• Willingness to be placed on project sites (both local and out-of-town)
• Ability to performing job volume calculation, material assesments, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare Cost of Goods Sold (HPP)
• Ability to drive and possess valid driver’s licenses (SIM A & C)

Responsibilities :

• Conduct detailed feasibility studies and technical analysis for solar energy projects
• Responsible for project development activities for large-scale solar power projects
• Conduct site surveys
• Provide support during installation, integration, and commissioning of solar PV systems
• Perform system testing and commissioning to Ensure the system can be safely
• Maintenance to keep the system running efficiently

5. Site Manager

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Manager, preferably with experience in Solar Panel projects
• Willing to be placed on project sites (both local and out-of-town)
• Familiar with material assesments, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and prepare Cost of Goods Sold (HPP)
• Proficient Ms. Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Word) and Autocad 2D
• Demonstrates leadership skills, good communication, analytical thinking. attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work in a team.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage overall site operations to ensure project execution aligns with the schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Monitor timelines, budget, and resource planning
• Coordinate with project engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and operational issues
• Manage site logistics, manpower allocation, material delivery schedules, and equipment readiness
• Maintain proper site administration including documentation, permits, reports, attendance, and inventory

6. Procurement Specialist

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in electrical engineering with Minimum 1 years of working experience in a Procurement/Purchasing.
• Proven experience in sourcing, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Willing to be placed in Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end procurement process for project materials and services
• Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure quality, cost, and on-time delivery
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project teams to ensure purchased materials meet project specifications
• Monitor delivery schedules and manage logistics to project sites
• Maintain and update vendor database, price list, and procurement documentation.
