Qualifications :

• Minimum S1 / D3 education majoring in Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related fields
• Have 3–5 years of work experience in the field of Inventory Management, Warehouse, or Procurement
• Experienced in the use of inventory management systems and understand the concept of FIFO (First In First Out)
• Able to create and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports accurately
• Mastering Microsoft Excel applications (pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, logic formulas, etc.) and inventory database
• Accustomed to working with ERP System (SAP, Oracle, or internal company system) is a plus
• Able to do stock-taking, discrepancy analysis, and take corrective action against stock differences
• Able to do forecasting of material needs and monitoring of reorder points
• Able to coordinate with production, PPIC, and purchasing teams effectively
• Has strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Personal character: Honest, meticulous, detail-oriented, disciplined, communicative, consistent, and responsible

2. Warehouse Admin (Internship)

Job Description :

• Assist the warehouse team in inputting and updating data in and out of goods into the ERP system or internal database
• Create and verify Delivery Order (DO), Receiving, Invoice, and Road Letter documents
• Compile and update daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports in an accurate and structured manner
• Archiving warehouse documents both manually and digitally
• Assist in stock-taking process (physical stock count) and discrepancy analysis
• Coordinate with Production and Purchasing departments to ensure smooth material flow
• Support internal logistics administration activities such as goods request, inter-area delivery, and usage recording
• Assist in the preparation of inventory data analysis reports for internal audit purposes
• Actively involved in improving systems and administrative processes in the warehouse
• Learn first-hand about FIFO, 5S, and logistics efficiency concepts in a Japanese manufacturing environment

Qualifications :

• Active final semester students or fresh graduates majoring in Management, Accounting, Logistics, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
• Have a high interest in the field of Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Administration
• Understand the basics of warehousing processes (receiving, storing, issuing goods)
• Able to use Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, logic formula) and Word & PowerPoint applications
• Added value if able to use ERP System (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or internal system)
• Have good data analysis and numerical skills
• Thorough, dexterous, and used to working with deadlines and daily targets
• Honest, disciplined, communicative, and responsible personality
• Willing to join the internship program

3. Maintenance Operator

Job Description :

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines (injection molding, press machine, compressor, chiller, utility, and other factory equipment)
• Carry out troubleshooting activities in the event of damage to machines, molds, or production equipment
• Perform routine checks on the condition of machinery and equipment according to the maintenance plan schedule
• Record and report inspection results to Maintenance Supervisor on a daily basis
• Perform spare part replacement and component maintenance according to SOP
• Assist in the process of improvement and preventive action to improve machine efficiency and reduce downtime
• Make daily maintenance reports (checklist, log sheet, damage report, and repair)
• Maintain work safety (K3) and ensure the work area remains clean, safe, and orderly (5S)
• Coordinate with production team for machine maintenance scheduling
• Engage in internal technical training for competency development

Qualifications :

• Minimum education of SMK or D3 Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the Maintenance department in the automotive or rubber manufacturing industry
• Understand the working principles of rubber injection machines, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Mastering the basics of PLC, hydraulic and mechanical systems
• Able to read technical drawings (drawings) and understand industrial machine components
• Able to use measuring instruments (multimeter, caliper, micrometer, pressure gauge, etc.)
• Able to perform damage analysis and repair actions quickly and precisely
• Ready to work in a shift system (morning, afternoon, night) and have a strong physique
• Disciplined, meticulous, responsible, and have a high working spirit
• Having a Certificate of Occupational Safety & Health (K3) or Maintenance Training is a plus
